Asia-share Pacific's total revenue has increased slightly in recent years, thanks to continued growth in smartphone gaming. The region has by far the largest player population.
North America remains the second-largest gaming region, accounting for 23% of the global market. North America's total revenue will increase by 10.0 percent annually to $32.7 billion. EMEA's diverse markets lag behind North America in terms of growth, owing to a slower uptake of mobile gaming.
As a result, the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) region accounts for 21%, or $28.7 billion, of the market. Latin America's game revenue is expected to reach $5.0 billion this year, representing 4% of the market.
India and various Southeast Asian countries will be the fastest-growing markets over the next three years, solidifying Asia-Pacific as the most prominent area by game revenue. China will remain the World's largest single market, worth $50.7 billion in 2021.
